Trained in Melbourne and Belgium, she keeps up to date with the traditional art of Belgian chocolate making. The fillings and explosion of flavours that she is able to create are a joy to experience and come from hours of taste testing and perfecting her art - what a job!

Wild Patch Chocolates has grown from a passionate hobby to an established boutique chocolate company located in Olinda, in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges. Made fresh, to be eaten fresh. No preservatives, no artificial flavours.
